The first thing I thought of was, "Good George, that man looks like Dylan."
Take it as you will.
Perhaps he does look like Dylan a bit, however, Dylan is about a foot taller than him.

Dylan is about a foot taller than everyone I know, including the entire starting lineup of the Grizzlies.
